Can there be a potential difference between two adjacent conductors carrying the same charge ?

Q: Can there be a potential difference between two adjacent conductors carrying the same charge ?

Sol: Yes , there may be potential difference between two conductors carrying same current or same charge . If two conductors are connected in series , the current flowing through the conductors will be same . As V ∝ R , where R is the resistance of the conductors which depends upon length (l) , cross-sectional area (A) and resistivity (ρ) . Therefore R will be different V will be different .
